Dialer console: the supervisor screens outside Flex
Supervisors can run the dialer from a plain browser tab, with no Flex open. The tab shows the same campaign screens they have in Flex: overview, campaigns and their settings, contact lists and CSV imports, dispositions, outgoing numbers, the live monitor and agents, and the contact-center calendars. Agent call handling (task tabs, dispositions on wrap-up, auto-accept) stays in Flex.

Signing in
The console signs users in the way Flex does, using Twilio's Flex SDK:

Both paths end with a real Flex token for the user's Flex identity, used exactly as the plugin uses it inside Flex. Floor Walker validates the token with Twilio and takes the user's Flex roles from it; there are no separate console accounts.
- Access. Only
adminandsupervisorget in. Any other signed-in user sees "No access to the dialer". The role is checked again on every change. - Session. The session is kept in the browser's local storage, as Flex keeps its own, and refreshed before it expires; when a refresh fails, the sign-in screen comes back. Sign out clears the session in this browser only; it does not sign the user out of the identity provider.
- Language.
?lang=heor?lang=en, then the switch in the header (remembered), then the browser language. Hebrew is right-to-left as in Flex.
If the sign-in screen says "Sign-in is not set up", the dialer is not yet connected to your Twilio account: contact us.
The reports console
The same sign-in also opens the reports console at https://<your-floor-walker-host>/reports/. It works without the dialer, and unlike the dialer console it also lets agents in, limited to their own numbers. See Reports.
