Exports
There are three ways to take report data out of Floor Walker:
| Way | For | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Export a report | One report, on demand | Excel or CSV |
| Email schedules | One report, regularly, to people | Excel or CSV attachment |
| Open data files | Every report data set, every night, to your warehouse | Parquet and gzipped CSV |

Export a report
Export on any report or Explore preview downloads its current result as Excel or CSV.
- Columns use the display names, and queues and agents appear by name, not by ID. Times are local to the report's timezone.
- Durations are in seconds, with a readable copy (h:mm:ss) next to each one.
- CSV files are UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, so Excel shows Hebrew correctly. Excel files open right-to-left for Hebrew.
- Agents' exports contain their own rows only.
Through the reporting API: POST /analytics/export with a query or a saved report's ID.
Open data files
When open data files are enabled for your environment (ask us), Floor Walker writes the previous local day of every report data set every night at 04:00 UTC, as Parquet and gzipped CSV:
date=YYYY-MM-DD/<data set>.parquet
date=YYYY-MM-DD/<data set>.csv.gz
date=YYYY-MM-DD/manifest.json
- The data sets are the queue and agent legs, contacts, the 15-minute queue, agent and agent-activity intervals, IVR and bot sessions, IVR steps and milestones.
- Parquet files use Snappy compression.
- The manifest lists each data set's row count and column types.
- The
date=folder layout can be read as a partition by most warehouse and lake tools. - Supervisors and API keys with the
reports:readscope download a day's files through the reporting API:GET /analytics/exports/<day>returns the manifest with a download link per file. A missing day can be written again on request.
Files are kept for 90 days by default, so copy them to long-term storage if you need them longer.
